I have been involved in several construction projects, and this was the only one to truly stay on track and with no major surprises. We were in the situation where we needed to completely renovate our office while simultaneously beginning to conduct business in it. We were very impressed by Heim Construction’s quality of work, timeliness, and attention to our specific needs. We found the employees (and subcontractors) to be extremely competent, professional, and courteous. Throughout the project, our Heim Project Manager (Dennis Moyer) frequently checked in to ensure we were pleased with the progress and aware of the next steps. Marshall-Rismiller & Associates has enjoyed working with Heim Construction over the past few years. Heim is not only competent, but their people have an attitude of wanting to help. They have performed well from conceptual thinking through project completion. Heim Construction was able to transform approx. 2,000 sq. feet of a second storage area in a medical office into 2,500 sq. feet of usable space for billing and administrative personnel as well as update the entire facility while causing no real disruption in daily flow. Heim is also very responsive when contacted for extraordinary maintenance or other minor upgrades.
You many times hear stories of contractors and engineers battling on projects. This is not the case with Heim Construction. They are true project partners. Heim works together with the Engineers, Project Owners, and other Stakeholders to construct the projects in accordance with plans and specs, most times exceeding expectations. The staff at Heim Construction are extremely knowledgeable regarding the work they do and when unforeseen issues arise, they will work with you to develop a solution.
