Orwigsburg Maintenance Facility

Heim Construction Co., Inc. submitted the most cost-effective proposal for the Design / Build of the interior fit out of the Orwigsburg Borough Garage.

After the award of the project, Heim Construction Co. completed the required consultation with the Owner completed the concept design, applied for all permits, and offered various design improvements.

The work consisted of interior fit-out providing interior partitions, doors, ceilings, and finishes. Also provided were necessary plumbing fixtures and equipment, propane service, distribution, heating equipment for the garage, and split HVAC system for the office area.  The electrical system provided included an electrical main panel with associated sub-panels, circuits, outlets, drops, and wire distribution. All systems installed provided the Owner with a “ready to occupy” facility.
